\n1. Be taken within the last three months against a white background and printed on high quality photo paper;
\n2. Be 35mm by 45mm in size; provide the full frontal view of your head with your face centered in the middle and displaying a neutral (non-smiling) expression.
\n3. You may wear neither spectacles nor headwear except for religious purposes.
\n4. Your photograph should not be affixed to your application and may not display evidence of adhesive or staples.<\/p>\n

\nAn original letter of invitation from the company to be visited in China. This letter must:

\n\u25cf Include the fax and phone number of the inviting company
\n\u25cf Include the full name and address of the inviting company
\n\u25cf State the applicants full name exactly as it appears on their passport
\n\u25cf State the applicants passport number
\n\u25cf State the applicants gender
\n\u25cf State the applicants date of birth
\n\u25cf State the relationship between the applicant and the inviter
\n\u25cf State the applicants source of financial support whilst in China
\n\u25cf State the date of issue which must include the year
\n\u25cf Include the date(s) of entry and exit
\n\u25cf Include the length of stay and number of entries required
\n\u25cf Specify the place and purpose of the visit
\n\u25cf Bear the official company stamp
\n\u25cf Bear the signature of the representative of the inviting company
\n\u25cf Be issued within the last three months
\n\u25cf Not be an email<\/p>\n
An original letter of invitation from the Chinese Foreign Ministry. This letter must:
\n\u25cf Be printed on A4 paper
\n\u25cf Be issued by a Duly Authorised Unit
\n\u25cf State the date of issue which must include the year
\n\u25cf Bear the seal and signature of the inviting unit
\n\u25cf State the applicants date of birth
\n\u25cf Be issued within the last three months
\nAn original Confirmation Letter of Invitation. This letter must:
\n\u25cf Be printed on A4 paper
\n\u25cf Be issued by an authorised unit in China
\n\u25cf State the date of issue which must include the year
\n\u25cf Bear the seal and signature of the inviting unit
\n\u25cf State the applicants date of birth
\n\u25cf Be issued within the last three months<\/p>\n

\n\u25cf Questions that do not apply to the applicant must be completed as “not applicable”
\n\u25cf Handwritten forms must be completed in block capitals and black ink only
\n\u25cf There can be no handwritten changes or correction fluid
\n\u25cf Applicants must sign the form in the original
\n\u25cf Each page of the application form must be printed on separate sheets of A4 paper
